Description of PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker is an iOS application that provides a live earnings dashboard based on salary and schedule information you enter. The app calculates estimated earnings, work progress, and related metrics on your device.

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker is a personal productivity tool. It is not financial, tax, payroll, or legal advice. Calculations are estimates based on your inputs and may not reflect your actual paycheck after deductions, taxes, or employer adjustments.

No Account Required

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker does not require you to create an account. Your salary settings and earnings records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups you create.

Free and Pro Features

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker offers free core features and optional PayDay Clock Pro features. Free features include the live earnings dashboard, one salary profile, weekly scheduling, basic overtime, one savings goal, and recent history.

PayDay Clock Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features such as unlimited profiles, advanced schedules, full history, export, Face ID lock, premium themes, widgets, Live Activities, Siri shortcuts, and Apple Watch support. Pro is a lifetime purchase for the current version of the app—not a recurring subscription.

Purchases and Billing

All purchases of PayDay Clock Pro are processed through Apple's App Store. Pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or use Apple's report-a-problem process.

You can restore your PayDay Clock Pro purchase on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app, provided you use the same Apple ID.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its content
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security measures

Intellectual Property

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Codemxm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that earnings calculations will match your actual pay.

You use PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker at your own risk. Always verify important financial information with your employer or payroll provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codemxm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker, including any reliance on earnings estimates displayed in the app.

Termination

You may stop using PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes locally stored salary data unless you have exported a backup.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
