PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker ("PayDay Clock", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker iOS app and this website at paydayclocksalarytracker.codemxm.com.
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker Is Private by Design
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker is built around a simple principle: your salary data belongs to you and stays on your device. We do not require an account, we do not upload your salary settings or earnings records, and we do not track your work activity.
Information We Do Not Collect
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker does not collect, store, or transmit the following on our servers:
- Your salary amount, pay type, or schedule settings
- Your earnings history, work records, or savings goals
- Your name, email address, or account credentials (no account is required)
- Your location, contacts, photos, or other personal files
- Analytics or behavioral tracking data related to your earnings
Data Stored on Your Device
All salary profiles, earnings calculations, history records, goals, schedule settings, and preferences in PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker works completely offline for all core features. You can track live earnings, review history, and manage goals without an internet connection.
When PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker Uses the Network
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker does not connect to the internet by default. Network access is only requested when you choose to purchase or restore PayDay Clock Pro through the App Store. In that case, Apple's App Store and our purchase verification provider (RevenueCat) process the transaction—subject to Apple's and RevenueCat's respective privacy policies.
We do not receive your salary data during purchase or restore. We only receive confirmation that a valid purchase exists for your Apple ID.
Face ID and Notifications
PayDay Clock Pro offers an optional Face ID app lock to protect your salary screen. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS on your device—we never receive or store your biometric data.
PayDay Clock Pro also offers optional end-of-shift reminder notifications. These require your explicit permission through iOS notification settings. No notification content is sent to our servers.
Export and Backup (Pro Feature)
PayDay Clock Pro allows you to export your data as CSV, PDF, or a complete JSON backup file. These files are created on your device and shared only through methods you choose (e.g., AirDrop, email, Files app). We do not access exported files.
Support and Feedback
If you contact us at hi@codemxm.com, we receive the information you include in your message. Our feedback form may optionally attach device diagnostics (app name, version, device model, iOS version, Pro status) to help us troubleshoot. This information is used only to respond to your request.
Website Analytics
This website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand general traffic patterns (e.g., page views). This analytics does not collect your salary data or link website visits to your PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker app usage.
Children's Privacy
PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker is a productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Because PayDay Clock: Salary Tracker stores your data locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can edit, export, or delete your data within the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored salary data from your device.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. Since we do not collect your salary data on our servers, most data subject requests can be fulfilled directly on your device.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
